I have two perhaps related problems. Upon bootup in Win98 I get a Cmagent error; performed an illegal and will be shut down. The 2nd is that I can neither print nor print preview w/o lockup. The printer checks out OK and all MS Office apps work fine. I have attempted reload of OS to no avail. What do I try next? I hope it is not “scrape the HD and start over”
