Win98 Laptops locked out on Win2k server

I have 4 users using Win98 on laptops that have their accounts locked out about every other day. They are not disconnecting from the network at night, but do log out. When they log in the next day, we have to reboot the laptop and unclick the account disabled box in Win2k server. Why?
