Win98 RAS Users: Log On Prompt

In Win2000 and WinNT at the Log On Prompt (Press CTRL+ALT+DEL) there is a CHECK BOX that will allow you to log in using Dial up Networking to acess network.
My question is: Can you make this CHECK BOX appear on a Win98 Log on Prompt?
