win9x vs win2k

We need to begin migrating from a win9x environment to win2k. Can anyone suggest resources to help us learn about the differences between the two and/or ease our transition?

Our network environment includes both netware servers and nt servers, and most clients login to both. We will maintain the 9x computers until the end of their life, but new computers will have win2k.
