Windoiws Media Player

By nhiep_nguyen ·
I have a "problem" with Widows Media Player play list and Opditracker.

When I insert an (Old) Audio CD in my player Opditracker correctly identifies it as The Unforgettable fifties and all the songs in it.

Windows Media Player only identifies the disc but not the songs and the artists. It displays track 1, track 2 etc?
It is not possible to choose a song to play because there is no correlation between Opditracker's list (which is alphabetical) and the windoiws media player's list which is sorted by track number.

When I click open the song I want in the Opditracker's list it says there is no app associated with the file.
Is there any solution to this situation?
Any suggestion is thanksfully received.
Thank you.

It's possible to change the database WMP gets his informations from. Just set it as the same one as Opditracker.
There's also the solution of assotiating the files with a player. Many way to do so. I think the easiest is to open your CD in windows explorer (or the way you like it) then right click on a file then "open with". Here you'll have a list of installed programs. Choose the one you like to play your CD's. Check the "always open..." and then OK.
