window detect spyware

Hi guys..

I am using window xp. the window keep promting me following messages:

“Windows has detected spyware infection!
It is recommneded to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and istall the most update to date antisypware for you.”

And it keep prompting

I have used AD-Aware to clean the drive but still not working …Please help!
