Is there a way for a user or administrator to control the size and/or location of a window opening on a Windows 9x (particularly Win98SE) desktop. I’m thinking specifically about Outlook Express, but in general for any application or folder window opening on the desktop. Perhaps a book, or article that could be referred to. I have not been able to find anything useful in the MS Knowledgebase so far.
