On a few PC’s, for whatever reason I have seen the Windows for Windows 95 skewed off the viewable screen size making it very tricky to use the mouse pointer to reach the corner buttons, or scroll buttons especially . Is there a way to reset the window size and test it to be sure this does not happen, some rule of thumb or some utility that can help?
