windowns 98 can’t find printer network

Can’t see Win2k printer from 98 client
I’m trying to set up an HP LaserJet 4101 printer hosted by a Windows 2000 Professional machine on a Windows 98 client pc. The problem I get is, when I go through Add a printer, and browse for the printer, I can’t see it under the host machine’s name. I’ve tried going through network neighbourhood but still can’t see any printers. I then tried specifying the path and printer name under Add Printers. The printer installs but when I try to print a test page, I get the message “there was an error writing to .The network name cannot be found. The printer will be set to work offline.” How do I reslove this ? I got the sofeware from HP I can go online with the computer just can’t see the network printer is there a way to find it through windows 98.
