      Are you sure

Are you sure this problem started exactly after the install? Is it giving a blue screen directly on the startup or also on the BIOS / bootup section?
      Has she tried reinstalling?
Usually, if it’s a hardware problem, a simple cleaning would do the work, but I still need a response from your end to conclude anything.

      Reboot Windows 10

If you are going to reboot your Windows 10 again, try this.
      https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-USB-Bootable
      Or,how about this?
      https://www.windows10passwordreset.com/create-windows-10-bootable-usb.html
Using a Windows bootable disk is the best thing.
In fact, before it, I would suggest that you do a clean Windows OS install, because you don’t know what is wrong with your computer. But this is a bit risky,as the data on the computer will disappear after you install a clean OS.

      Replace hard drive

      by pooja1588142131 ·

      In reply to Windows 10

The blue screen indicates a bad hard drive and actually all hard drives fail so whenever your system tries to boot even if you select the launch startup repair option or start windows normally it will still show you blue screen i.e. the hard drive is bad. You need to replace the hard drive and reinstall your OS with your backups.
