Windows 10 Apps menu Panel
My windows 10 OS was working fine four days ago until my network went down due to a thunder storm. Now, network restored but when I cold start my laptop and it comes up to the desktop; I can not see my desktop wall paper because the windows 10 app panel fills the entire monitor screen. The app panel does not normally show until I press the windows logo button the keyboard or select the start windows logo function in the lower left side of the screen.
I can’t see my desktop. I have to use the search window to try to go to an application such as the internet browser or get to office applications. My taskbar also doesn’t seem to work correctly.
Question: How can get my app menu panel out of the way or to function as it should which is by engaging the windows logo buttons?
