Windows 10 game crash after reset

I tried resetting my ROG GL553VD gaming laptop however it did not go above 40%, so i opened the GUI and booted my USB stick with windows installed. After the installation was done i updated my graphics card driver, my CPU driver and deleted the file Windows.old. Then i tried playing a game however it crashed after a few minutes after trying a few different games it also crashed.
Does anyone know what i can do to stop the crashes?
