im tech in company with about 100 comp with win 10 and i struggle with wired problem.
in every computer when i create 2 profile the second profile cant logon and immediatly when i sign in it throu me in sign out.
another thing. i can create a admin profle as much as i want and its happend just in a regular AD USER.

*no AV installed
