    Windows 10 not working smoothly

      “Trouble loading” is not the same as “not working smoothly”, so it’s quite unclear what the problem is.

      Anyway, a full reset should help if it isn’t caused by hardware. There are many ways to do that, but a common one is from the Settings app>Update and security>Recovery.
