Windows 2000 / 2003 Folder Auditing

Hello!

Is there a way I can set up my File Servers to audit changes to a folder?

Example: Constantly, I have users who like to ‘Move’ a folder into another folder than I get calls and have to find out where the folder is, and move it back.!!

OR

Is there a way I can let users edit/write/create new files in a folder, but NOT let them physically move that folder???
