Windows 2000 backup over network

Hi,

I am trying to set up a few backup routines in win2k that will back up certain files from one computer, acting as a “server” to another computer. The “server” is not quite that but just a computer that holds the company-only files. During my testing trying to figure out how to make this work, I have run into a problem in which backing up from one computer on a network to another will not work when it is being scheduled, but will run when run manually. I get an error that says “The operation was not performed because the specified media cannot be found.”

Can this be done? Or am I running around in circles for nothing?
