windows 2000 browser

Hi,
I have a windows 2000 advanced Server.In the event viewer I get the following message: “The browser service has failed to retrieve the backup list to many times on transport device {nbf_2ffd52f_4021_b179_4221e5ocd816 the backup browser is stoppping”. This server is a production server. Any help would be appreciated.
