Windows 2000 Dial-up Server

I was reading the Techrepublic Windows 2000 tips on how to set up a dial up server. I have confugured everything properly but i can't get win2k to answer the fone and no where can I se an option to set the number of rings etc.

Right click on the My network places on your desktop, click on make new connections, and click on accept income connections, setup all the info, and once done, right click on the newly created item and select properties. Edit all you need.
If you're using RRAS, when you try to create the above connection, you'll receive an error message that will direct you to the RRAS manager console. There, go into the remote access policies and edit all that you need. Also, make sure that you have a DHCP Relay Agent, if you use DHCP on your network and the DHCP is located in a different machine.
