Windows 2000 DNS and Cisco CNR 3.0

By ron ·
We are currently running Cisco CNR 3.0 DNS and want to switch over to Windows 2000 DNS. Is there a easy way to export the host files from CNR and import them into Win2k DNS.

Thanks,
Ron

Try a zone transfer. Set up win2k DNS as a secondary zone to CNR primary zone. Than reconfigure win2k DNS to be primary. Zone file is just a text file, similar to "hosts"
