NewDot is Spyware downloaded to your computer without your knowledge. Download the free utility, 'AdAware' from www.lavasoft.com

I thank you so much for the quick response to my S.O.S., but I downloaded and ran Adaware on my computer, it found 92 files and the same message still pops up. Can anyone tell me what else could be going on?

You need to disable the program that starts when your PC boots.
Run REGEDIT (START | RUN and type "REGEDIT" without the quotes) and go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | Software | Microsoft | Windows | CurrentVersion | Run
On the right pane, delete the string key that contains "c:\windows\newdot~1.dll".
