The Windows 2000 Generic Printer driver insists on always appending a form feed or multiple line feeds to every print request. I’ve changed every possible parameter to eliminate this with no luck. By printing to a file, I can see this extra form feed which wastes a sheet of paper. Windows 9x did not have this problem. I have an application that does all of its own formatting, so I want the driver to do nothing to the printer stream.
