Hi everybody, recently I am having hanging problem with some computer which it?s running windows 2000 and office 2003, the problem is while the user is working with some office files or any other program, suddenly all windows are mixed and the start menu toolbar moved, and all windows hanging, the user has to restart the computer to be able to work with the computer again, after 10 min or maybe half an hour has the same problem again.
I detect the same problem in another 5 computer at the domain.
All this files are stored in the file server, computers are connected to the windows 2003 domain. Mcafee no detect any virus. I have the enterprise edition 8.0.0.
We tried to change the computer we still have this problem in the new one
Mcafee didn?t detect any virus on the file server neither.
