Windows 2000 machine won't allow Novell login.

By randerson7 ·
We have several donated W2000/S4 machines that were donated to the district. They have been upgraded to Novell Manager 7 and client 4.** SP2. They will only allow local users to log in. I have tried to deinstall/reinstall the WS Manager, but with no success. The machines are Compaq Deskpro.

since I did any Novell training but as far as I can remember the directory tree on the server is similar to Active Directory, in fact that's where microsoft nicked it from isn't it? anyway I'm sure you will need to create accounts for the computers on the server for them to join the network properly
