WIndows 2000 Netmeeting

Ok I know netmeeting comes installed on windows 2000 Pro, now everytime I run it, I go through the wizard, but before it configures my sound (when I push the next button to configure my sound) the damn thing just restarts. No warning or anything just powers down and then restarts windows.

Any Idea’s on how to fix it?
