Windows 2000 Operating System

I had to re-install a new Windows 2000 operating system. How do I remove the old system? I was trying to apply the ServicePak for Office and got a message that no disk space was available and I don’t have that much on my new system, so I assume it’sbecause I have 2 operating systems on my PC.
