I am experiencing a weird problem with a Windows 2000 machine when trying to add a local printer. Using the print wizard I choose local printer and when I get the “use following port” window the list is completely blank! If I choose “create new port” local port is unavailable, I can only choose “standard tcp/ip port”.
I’ve gone through device manager and removed the port, rebooted and readded it. I’ve tried loading win2k service pack 2. Both have proven unsuccessful. Any suggestions…
