When installing a Lexmark printer in Windows 2000 I have experienced problems with getting into the Properties of the printer. Have downloaded the new Drivers from Lexmark and from Microsoft neither seem to work. What happens is when clicking on the properties of the printer the screen flashes and it takes you back to the desktop. Also have installed the service pack 1 for Windows 2000 and did nothing. Anyone have any suggestions on this.
