Hi,
I am having a problem printing a report out of a 16-bit product in windows 2000. It comes up with a print job called ‘Remote Downlevel Document’ before it starts printing. This is displayed when you doble click on the printer in the sys tray.Can anyone tell me why this happens?
The pc is only 1 of 2 using Windows 2000, the others are Win 98. All are working off an Nt Server 4.0 box so I am wondering if it is a problem with the driver.
When trying to load a Win 2000 driver for the printer on the workstation, it goes through the whole process until it asks me to insert the Windows 2000 Server CD to install an ‘.inf’ file. As it is not a Win 2K Server, I have to cancel at this point.
What should I do??!!
