Windows 2000 Pro Err

My Windows send Error
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR
Then i reboot computer and go to Windows 2000 Recovery Console and run run CHKDSK /F /R and then Exit but same Error is display...
Then i boot computer from windows2000 CD then
this error is display

BUT:
My computer has 256MB of Ram,AMD K6-2
Pls Help me....

boot in to safe mode then rightclick my computer and choose properties. Under the Advanced tab choose performance options and listed under virtual memory hit the change button. Here you should put in a setting for your page file it needs to be about1 and 1/2 times your ram. restart and see if that helps.
