1.Why do I have this message every time I rebooted my Notebook: dhcp.Open retuned 2 for key 'Software\Microsoft\windows NT\current version\Network Cards\1'.?

2. How do I solved it?

Do you use network? If not - disable your network card - the message should disappear.
If you are using network - go to the network properties, TCP/IP - there are two options ?obtain an IP address automatically? or ?specify an IP address?. If TCP/IP in use, ask your Administrator for a static IP address. If not in use, remove TCP/IP protocol. This way - DHCP - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol server is used to assign dynamic IP addresses to clients.
