We are about to upgrade our workstations for about 70 users.Iam trying to get a idea of how other companies are doing this.My main question is did you wipe the machines clean and start fresh or did you run this as a upgrade from Win98&95.If you ran this as a upgrade did you experience any problems.Any info would be appreciated.

Running an upgrade gives you the chance to see the potential conflicts before the upgrade actually takes place. You will have an opportunity to print out what is recommended prior to the upgrade, You can then get drivers remove apps that don't work with W2K etc. I have done both and had success with both. Try the upgrade first and if it doesn't go well you can always do a clean install. Most of my W2K upgrades have gone well as upgrades, not clean installs. Good Luck.
