What is the differences between win server and professional, besides one being a server and the other client/workstation

the "services" that a server provides such as DNS, DHCP, RRAS, Active Directory, DFS, terminal services, certificate services, media services and so on. W2K also has a limitation of 10 concurrent connections to it where as W2K Server does not [though there is a requirment for clients/workstation having an access license to access the services a server provides.
