Windows 2000 Registry IE settings

To increase security on a publily used OC running IE 5.5, I want to disable the Explorer Bar accessed from the View Menu of IE, or at least the ‘Search’ submenu selection, as it allows people to search for all computers, *.*, on the network. What key in the administrative templates can I change?
