I am currently researching ways to centralize our administration and management in a medical workplace. One main feature I would like to implement is Remote Assistance. We are a Windows 2000 house, and my boss is not willing to upgrade to Server 2003. Does Microsoft offer Remote Assistance packages for Windows 2000? If not, are there any programs you can recommend that will allow the helpdesk staff to control a client computer remotely(Shadowing, not sessions)?
