Windows 2000 Roaming Profile Size

I have a network that was set up by a self-taught administrator who never wrote anything down. I have had fun [ha!] reconstructing all of his work over the last couple of months and I now I’m stumped on the roaming profile limits.

There is a roaming profile in place on all users but it is not through the NTFS Disk Quota system. There is no third party disk management system that I can find. So, where are these settings hiding?

This is a domain upgraded from Windows NT, still running in mixed mode. The Active Directory, network structure, and remaining configuration is impossibly complicated.

Any help would be apprieciated.
