i have got above said scsi Card in which i have 5 HDD and in the slot one i have 3 hard in which Oracle is loaded . the Slot one hard disk give me the following error
10f00000:Defunct drive (FRU Part # Not available) – SCSI error on controller 1, channel 1, SCSI ID 1.
this happen two time and i have changed the hard disk twice .
Pls some one advice what is problem and why it happen twice .
