Windows 2000 Server

I have a Celeron 333Mhz computer that i am trying to install windows 2000 server as a standalone. When running the installation and enter the typical settings it runs the installation when a message appears, runtime error occured, Abnormal Program Termimation Microsoft Visual c++. It terminates then the installation restarts.
