Windows 2000 Server

is there any utility similar to time sync, in windows nt server? if not, how do the servers sync the time with each other?

Time synch

You can use the NET TIME command to synch NT boxes.
Unfortunately they don't bother by default.
However in 2000 MS graced us with the Windows Time service which does synch with servers.

Yes - Time service does exist on NT4

Microsoft brought out W32TIME service as a seperate download. check out :

ftp.microsoft.com/reskit/y2kfix/x86/w32time/
