There is problem in our windows 2000 server domain. We recently configure this windows 2000 server domain (Service pack 4).
But when try to install other application softwares like MS office system will give this error massage “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application”
I can’t even access windows registry or any other application through START–>RUN.
Sometimes i can’t access and open folders. But we can log on to the server and work without any problem. There are 20Pc’s connected to server.
Can someone please tell me what seems to be the problem. Do i have to reinstall and reconfigure the server?
