Windows 2000 Server setup

Hello,

I am new to networking and am looking for step by step instructions to set up 2000 Advanced Server on one machine as a domain controller and connect it with another one PC running 2000 Professional using a crossover cable.

Basically I want to set up a little network at home, so I can practise for my MCSE course. Can anyone point me in the direction of a site or a manual with these instructions.

I have the discs.
