Windows 2000 Shutdown Problem

Greetings,

Try using Windows 2000 "Driver Verifier" to troubleshoot this problem. There's way too much information to post here, especially since we don't know all your "particulars". But go to Microsoft support web site and look up MS KB Q244617to read all about it.

Good luck,

Maxwell
