I have several client we installed WIN2000 Pro and we are running it here also. On every install the speed issue is the same WIN2000 slows down after short time to the point it is all but useless. We have at least 128mb mem and plenty of hard disk space, at least 450MHz PIII. A couple clients are using it as a File Server without any programs running. I notice the the processor will max out just sitting and watching the Performance Monitor or it will be peaked out for no real reason. Reboot clears it right up.
