Windows 2000 SP – 4

Installed service pack 4 for windows 2000 Professional.

Have set up 4 users as follows: –
1. Administrator
2. Power user (A)
3. Power user (B)
4. Normal user

Since installing service pack 4 on pc the administrator and power user (A) can use internet explorer and all the desktop icons, but when others try to click on any icons on desktop or try i.e. for internet access they get following error message popping up: –

X Runtime Error
Programc:\winnt\explorer.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way
