Windows 2000 SP2 and HP PCL 5e Commands.

When printing from NT 4.0 SP5 and SP6 using Word 97 SR-2 all PCL 5e commands were actioned without errors.
Now under Windows 2000 SP2 and Word 97 SR-2 the tray and duplex unit commands are actioned but the multiple copy command isn’t. HP haven’t heard of this problem. Has anyone come across this issue and how to solve it?
