Windows 2000 SRV suggested boot volume

Hello !
I search for the following tip :
What is the suggested size in GBytes of Windows 2000 Server boot volume?
Description : Because of trouble with boot volume expansion (for example in RAID enviroment) and performance of swap/pagefile some people suggesting me to create RAID 1 logical disk with fixed size only for boot volume and rest of array configure as RAID 1+0 or RAID 5 for data storage in additional exapandable volumes.
