Windows 2000 Time Servers

I am moving from an NT4 domain installation to a Win2000 Active Directory domain setup. In NT4 I used W32time to set up one server as the time source (it synced with an external time source on the internet) and my PDC and BDC used this server as their time source and at the same time the PDC and BDC were the time source to the users of the domain. How do I set this up in Windows 2000?
