Windows 2003 64-bit

Is it possible to upgrade Windows 2003 Standard 32-bit to Windows 2003 Enterprise 64-bit?? I know that the hardware is 64-bit compatible. I also know that I can upgrade standard to enterprise, I just don’t know about the 32 to 64 bit thing.

Thanks in advance.
