Is there a way that I can control workstations desktops, with parent domain controller, and Citrix ICA sessions “desktop” with the child domain controller.

I?m able to control desktop with the ?NORTHBROOK? domain controller, OU , Employee , customized GPO, linked to Employee OU, with ‘for example’ user ?Joe?. Works fine.
Also, have child domain CITRIX.NORTHBROOK, Citrix OU, with customized GPO, linked to Citrix OU and user ?John?.
Able to access NORTHBROOK with ?Joe? user, and CITRIX with ?John? user, but obviously not other way around.
Q.

Looking to setup all my users in one OU on NORTHBROOK domain controller, and also those users should be able to access CITRIX domain and have their own GPO settings for northbrook, and citrix.

I have played with AD but unsuccessfully.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
