Windows 2003 DC in a Windows 2000 domain

I am adding a Windows 2003 server to our existing native Win 2000 domain. I know this is possible, although it doesn’t look as easy as just promoting the domain.

I have researched and found that i will need to prep the 2000 servers first with the 2003 media, and after that i should be able to prep the new 2003 server.

My question is if anyone has any links to share on issues i may encounter or a step by step walk through. Thank you.
