Does anyone know how to fix this problem: I have a 2003 server that only the top half of the login screen appears, the bottom half of box where user name, pwd, and domain are usually seen is black. I have tried everything on the web, including a resource editor on MSgina.dll and shell32.dll. I have compared the registry settings also.
